We were unable to complete this planned infrastructure upgrade due to a blocking issue at AWS indicating a lack of inventory if our instance type in our region. We are working with Amazon and will attempt the upgrade again Thu night / Fri morning, Aug 14 12-3am PST.

We will be performing our third attempt at an infrastructure upgrade at this time. We were thwarted in two (2) previous attempts by a lack of inventory for our instance type in our regions.
